Sport has been the centrepiece of my life since I could walk.
Helping athletes achieve their true potential and aspirations is what drives me.
My aim is to transform athletes who have potential but lack guidance into the best versions of themselves. Both as an athlete and a human.
My goal is to develop stronger, faster, and anti-fragile athletes so they can dominate their opposition and enjoy the thrill and emotions involved in sport and competition.

I can’t thank Lachy and Focused Performance Training enough for all the help they have given me. For such a long period of time I needed some direction with my strength training and assistance with technique through my Olympic lifts! Even through remote coaching Lachy helped me with my technique to get it where it needs to be. My Story
Since a young kid, I was indoctrinated into the world of sport. I played cricket from sun up to sun down and then a little more. Played rugby religiously and got to play in almost every position bar the tight 5. I have dabbled in triathlons and now compete in weightlifting.
Unfortunately, due to my almost ADD approach to training I was mismanaged and ended up being injured. Something I am extremely passionate about avoiding with every athlete I get the chance to work with.
Fast forward a few years and I had joined the Australian Army as a Rifleman and spent a few years in Townsville. That career was cut short however due to injury. This pushed me to rehabilitate myself and threw me into studying Sport and Exercise Science at JCU.
I am currently working as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) within the Australian Army. Additionally, I have a burning passion for developing robust and powerful athletes through a combination of weightlifting, strength & power training and conditioning.
I have had the opportunity to work with a large demographic of athletes from CrossFit, Rugby League (West Tigers Harold Matts), Referees, Rugby Union, AFL, Soccer, and Tactical athletes (Army, Fire Fighters and Police). Not to mention having the opportunity to work with some amazing weightlifters.
